Terms of Service

1. Entertainment and reflection only

Eye archetype readings are AI-generated, symbolic content created for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not medical, psychological, diagnostic, financial, legal or predictive advice, and say nothing about the health of your eyes or body. Do not make important decisions based on a reading. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You may only upload photos of your own eye, or of someone who has given you permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload unlawful, offensive or non-eye images, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, scrape it, or resell readings. We may refuse or end access for misuse.

4. Purchases and pricing

The full report is a one-time digital purchase, not a subscription. The price is shown at checkout; your local currency and applicable taxes may be displayed by our payment processor. Payment is handled securely by a third-party processor.

5. Refunds

Because the full report is digital content delivered immediately after payment, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the report has been delivered. By completing your purchase you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any right to withdraw or cancel once delivery begins.

If your report could not be generated or delivered, contact readings@windowstosoul.com and we will fix it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded (such as the Australian Consumer Law or EU consumer law).

6. AI-generated content

Readings are generated automatically and may vary, be imperfect or not resonate with you. Two photos of the same eye may produce different results. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.

7. Intellectual property

The website, design, archetypes and report content are owned by Windows to Soul. You receive a personal, non-commercial licence to view, download and share your own report.

8. Private links

Your reading is accessed by a private link. You are responsible for keeping it private; we are not responsible for access by anyone you share it with.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Windows to Soul is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Windows to Soul against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms or the service from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
